Allowance

This application replaces manual paper-based allowance calculations on construction sites with computer-based data entry and reporting.

At startup, the user selects a construction site before proceeding to the main menu.

Main Menu

The first ten menu items provide functions for the collection of allowances. Each mask is preceded by a blueprint number and the resulting item number for the allowance.

The “daily reports” provide information about the human resource usage and the weather conditions for the specified day.

The administration menu provides printing, faxing, copying, or removing of allowance reports.

The difference between the versions from 1.0 to 5.2 is the number of supported allowance types, the daily report functionality, and the file administration feature.
